Restore to Rise is a one-day leadership experience designed for leaders who lead, serve, and show up for everyone else — but are ready to refill, refocus, and rise into their next season of purpose.
Hosted by Alo Civitas Consulting and Holistically Heart Centered, this event blends restoration, strategy, and community in a space intentionally curated for nonprofit leaders, entrepreneurs, and changemakers.
Throughout the day, you’ll reconnect with your purpose, refuel your energy, and walk away with practical tools to sustain your success — without the burnout.

Event Theme: Restore to Rise
This spring, give yourself permission to slow down, restore your capacity, and rise stronger than ever. Together, we’ll explore how restoration isn’t a pause from leadership — it’s the foundation of it
The day will be split into three themes:
Morning= Restore: opening mindful moments, keynote, and workshop
Midday= Recenter: panel discussion, lunch experience, and networking
Afternoon=Rise: workshop, closing session, and send off activity
